A sharp table knife cuts meat without requiring force and without tearing the fibres apart, which is noticeable both in how the meat looks on the plate and in how it tastes. It is a simple fact that most people have experienced at a restaurant but rarely prioritise at home, despite the difference being just as tangible at the kitchen table as at the bar counter.
These knives are made by Pallarès Solsona in Catalonia with a 12-centimetre blade in stainless steel and a boxwood handle. Stainless steel requires no special care while the boxwood handles provide a natural, warm grip at the table. The pack contains four knives. Hand wash recommended to preserve the wooden handles.
