Since 1829, the small town of Laguiole in Aveyron in southwest France has been producing what many consider to be the world's best corkscrews and food knives. Just as when production began, each knife is still made entirely by hand by highly skilled and experienced craftsmen. The little bee, placed between the handle and the blade, has become the company's signature, making them famous all over the world.
This is a set of a fork and steak knife with an 11 cm stainless steel blade. The handles are made of olive wood. Both the handle and blade have a matt polished finish.
