Basic recipe for pasta dough
- 500 grams of flour
- 5 eggs
Mix the eggs and flour on the counter or in a bowl (or household assistant) until well blended. Knead the dough with a hand or dough hook until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
