100% Chef has more than once done fun and crazy things to elevate gastronomic expression, and VOM continues in the same vein. With the help of this starter kit, you can make flying edible clouds!
A nice bubbly foam of any ingredient you want, together with VOM Formula 1 and helium, will make your serving unique. Attach it to a stand where it can drip down over your dish or cocktail, right on, or let it float away. When we visited 100% Chef in the spring of 2022, the stains on the ceiling in their test kitchen testified that they had experimented a lot with VOM.
The possibilities for flavoring are endless and the wow factor cannot be measured on any of the National Board of Health and Welfare's scales. It really brings imagination and playfulness to the kitchen in a whole new way.
The cloud you create will remain stable for four to five minutes depending on the pH of the mixture. You can also experiment to tame the foam and create different shapes, and there are also different glasses to create different styles of clouds. Clouds can be made water-based, fat-based or alcohol-based using modifications in the recipe. For professional use, add the hpc-100/4023 regulator kit to pour more at a time.

Ingredients in Formula 1 powder solution: E 473 - sucrose esters of fatty acids (consistency agent), albumin from EGGS, maltodextrin, salt, dextrose. May contain traces of MILK.
