CastelPro is Cristel's premium range and these pans are made with a five-layer steel construction for optimal heat distribution. The high edges of the tractor pan allow you to increase the volume and turn fried items into a casserole. Perfect also for sautéing and pasta dishes.
These pans are made in Cristel's factory in Feches-Le-Chatel in Franche Comté in eastern France. With enormous dedication and precision, they produce world-class pans. Nothing is left to chance and the result is the CastelPro range which is absolutely wonderful, both in terms of quality and to work with. In addition, they provide a lifetime warranty on production defects because they know they will never have to deal with any such cases.
