Clover makes stainless steel trays of the absolute highest quality. The trays can withstand extremely high temperatures without warping. Of course, the 18/8 steel trays are dishwasher safe without becoming unsightly. Clover is manufactured in Sanjo, Japan and maintains the high precision you expect from Japanese kitchenware.
Both tray and griddle are of course oven safe and stainless steel is a material that is very suitable for cooking. In addition, it is durable and can withstand the pressure even in a hot restaurant environment. Everything is oven and dishwasher safe, but not microwave safe. The mesh on the grid is 17 mm.
The trays may warp at high heat the very first use. When they cool down, they straighten out again, and then the problem will not come back.
