Powder made from high quality non-GMO soyabeans. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as thickening stews, sauces, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, milk. It can also be used to make sausage, ham and other meat substitutes as it has gelling and emulsifying properties and improves the consistency, making the product easier to slice. The protein content is over 90%.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: CONTAINS SOYA
Application: When used in water, use 20-40 g of powder (depending on the desired thickness) per 300 ml of water. Then blend in a blender until smooth and crisp.
