Pallarès knives are today produced by the third generation of the Pallarès family. The company started in 1917 in Solsona, Spain, which was then a town with a strong tradition of knife-making. Today Pallarès are the only knife-makers remaining in the community, and they carry the heritage forward with great pride.
The sobrasada knife has a stainless steel blade and a boxwood handle. Of course it works for more than sobrasada and is equally well suited to pâtés, terrines, cheese and other good things.
Blade length: 9 cm. Total length: 21 cm.
