A nice little handmade knife suitable for paté, pâté, butter, soft and hard cheeses etc. Stainless steel blade, ebony handle. Pallarès was founded in 1917 by brothers Lluis and Carles Pallarés Canal in Solsona in northern Spain. The Pallarès are renowned knife makers known for their sharp knives and cheerful disposition. The third generation, cousins David and Lluis, now manage their heritage with pride and passion. Pallarès is a craft from Catalonia and today has most types of knives and sharp tools in its range.
