Berkel's Home Line series has a unique design that is both retro and futuristic in one.
A compact, high-quality and safe home slicer that exudes professionalism.
The chrome steel cutting blade ensures a clean cut, even slices and minimal spoilage of meat products.
It is also easy to disassemble for easy cleaning!
With a small lever on the side, you can easily select the thickness between 20 different settings with millimetre precision.
Thanks to the inclined tray, the job is smooth and perfect.
With the help of a magnetic deflector, your finished discs settle nicely on the tray underneath instead of following the movement of the blade.
The motor is 0.25 horsepower and the control panel is waterproof to an IP65 rating.
Fully cast aluminium chassis and polymer feet for stability.
Because the machine is moulded in one piece, there are no joints and no hiding places for bacterial growth, and cleaning is as easy as can be.
Other parts are easy to disassemble and there is easy access behind the blade.
The stainless steel pusher itself is even machine washable.
