Really high quality silicone mold from the Italian silicone professionals Pavoni. With high detail and fine texture, you can create incredibly appealing decorations for starters, main courses and desserts.
Tolerates temperatures between -40ºC and 250ºC so you can use it for both frozen and baked preparations. In cooking, silicone really is an incredible material - it can withstand wide temperature ranges, releases easily and is easy to keep clean. The silicone is strong, but soft enough to make the molds extremely easy to use. There is no need for lubrication and it doesn't absorb flavors or scents.
