30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASESilicone mould for casting 12 quenelles of 24 ml each. Each individual quenelle measures 63×29 mm, with a height of 28 mm. The full mould is 300×175 mm in total. The material is food-approved silicone where neither greasing nor flouring is required before baking.
Temperature resistant from -60 to +230°C, enabling freezer storage directly after casting and oven use in the same mould. Place on baking rack or tray during use. Clean by hand.
