Silicone baking mould from the Italian manufacturer Martellato with non-stick properties. Withstands temperatures between - 60ºC and 280ºC. In cooking, silicone is truly an incredible material - it can withstand wide temperature ranges, releases easily and is easy to keep clean. Use as a baking mould or for moulding, for example, mousses, pannacottas, ice cream or any other creamy ideas you have. The silicone is sturdy, but soft enough to make the moulds extremely easy to use. There's no need for lubrication, and it doesn't absorb flavors or scents. If you're into baking, desserts, or just perfectly smooth surfaces (how could you not?), silicone baking moulds are a must-have. This mould produces six diamonds or faceted domes. The moulds from Martellato measure 17.5 x 30 cm.
