This Japanese bread mold with lid, called shokupan-keesu (食パンケース), is used to bake the classic Japanese milk toast shokupan - known for its square shape and airy, elastic crumb. The pan has a tight-fitting lid that creates the characteristic smooth surface, perfect for sando (Japanese sandwiches) or toasted breakfast slices.
Made from durable alutaito (aluminum alloy) that provides even heat distribution, fast heating and a crispy surface without drying out the bread.
