In 1975 Cole and Mason launched the world's first acrylic mill, the iconic 505. Invented by David Cowan, son of founder Julian Cowan, it has proved to be a popular and timeless classic that we still carry in our range today. The new 605 and 675 grinders take inspiration from their iconic counterparts, while the cut-off edges, new knob and the addition of the stainless steel collar give a modern and premium feel. All pepper mills are equipped with Cole and Mason Precision carbon steel mechanism and are covered by our lifetime warranty. The salt mills are all equipped with our high quality rust resistant ceramic mechanism.
To clean, wipe the mill with a damp cloth and use a clean cloth to dry. We recommend not using any cleaning agents as it may affect the aesthetic finish of the product. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.
