The Searzall forces the flame through three extremely heat-resistant mesh filters (coated with the inert precious metal palladium), which spreads the flame itself to a larger area of even combustion. The flame oxidizes faster and the combustion is slightly more intense in the chamber than without. Heating is therefore almost entirely by infrared heat radiation, unlike open burners which heat mainly by a very hot gas jet. The advantages are that it removes any risk of "burnt flavor", makes it easier to control the amount of heat on the raw material and gives a finer surface.
This nozzle is not recommended with other burners and is used with other models (other than the Superfire 2) at your own risk. Read the instructions carefully before use and keep safety in mind.
OBS! The flame should not go out through the net, then you have turned on too much gas and risk breaking the net.
