Extra-deep stainless steel sauté pan from Scanpan's Fusion 5 series. The high sides provide plenty of space and make the pan particularly suitable for sauce-based dishes, stews, pasta and larger portions.
The stainless steel cooking surface withstands high temperatures and is ideal when you want to achieve a good sear before adding liquid and allowing the dish to cook or simmer in the same pan.
A stainless steel lid is included and the pan is dishwasher-safe.
