Which, of course, doesn't mean there's nothing impressive going on. Inside sits Peugeot's new Zirlion mechanism in zirconium oxide ceramic, a material harder and more corrosion-resistant than traditional ceramic, which on the finest setting delivers a powdered salt that dissolves quickly and distributes more evenly over your food.
