Inside sits Peugeot's new Zirlion mechanism in zirconium oxide ceramic, a material harder and more corrosion-resistant than traditional ceramic. The tooth-on-tooth grinding delivers an exceptionally even result, and on the finest setting it produces a powdered salt that dissolves quickly and distributes evenly over your food.
