Guzzini's new Latina collection offers two different sizes and four colors of its salad spinners. The slings are made of recycled plastic. Sizes are 22cm or 28cm in diameter. Guzzini was created by Enrico Guzzini in 1912 and is now in its fourth generation. Many creative collaborations with different designers have passed in Guzzini's premises. Fratelli Guzzini is one of only six companies in the world that has a certificate from the Italian Plastics Institute indicating that their plastics are food grade. The plastic is free of BPA (bisphenol A). Guzzini's thinking is that it should be ergonomic, recyclable, practical and dishwasher safe. Their motto "DESIGNED TO BE USED (AND RE-USED)".
