A marble rolling pin stays cold for a long time and is therefore perfect for fatter doughs such as gingerbread, puff pastry, filo pastry and mille feuille. This rolling pin is completely cylindrical, i.e. the same thickness over its entire length, which helps if you want the dough to be evenly thick.
Don't forget to put it in the fridge well before you roll out your gingerbread house!
