The grill table is made of hot-rolled carbon steel from Norrbotten and works on all heat sources, including induction, grill and open fire. It provides a perfect surface for smash burgers, for example, and you have plenty of space to let loose and flip burgers or fit a whole side of salmon. In addition, it has a handle which makes it so much easier to handle and can be easily aimed from the stove to the dining table for pleasant serving and heat retention.
