Balanced with notes of coconut
This is the latest product from Sandberg Drinks Lab and is a collaboration with Lokalen. which is a well-stocked kitchen shop with its own brands and delivery business in Alingsås. Together they created a new tonic specially designed for spritzes and highballs - in spring and summer times.
Fresh and tart rhubarb meets smooth coconut in tonic format. Mix the syrup with sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version or enjoy with rosé vermouth or crisp vodka. Garnish it with fresh rhubarb or flowers from the garden.
The Rhubarb Tonic Spritz
30 ml Rhubarb Tonic
40 ml Rosé Vermouth (Spriteriets)
60 ml Sparkling Water
60 ml Cava
Bridge over plenty of ice in a wine glass and garnish with rhubarb twigs.
