With the help of Marcato's ravioli plate in rustic design, you can easily make homemade ravioli!
The mold is made of cast aluminum and creates 12 round raviolis (55×55 mm). The mold also includes a wooden rolling pin that is made to be rolled over the pasta on the mold.
Do as follows:
Roll out the pasta layer, place a sheet of pasta over the mold and click out the filling. Add another sheet of pasta and roll it over the mold, sealing the pasta and creating perfect ravioli. Boil the ravioli in salted water and serve immediately!
Wash the mold and rolling pin by hand.
