High quality ravioli cutters from Italian Marcato. The cutter itself is made of brass for a clean cut through the pasta dough and with a spring in anodized aluminum for smooth handling. Every ravioli you squeeze from it will be so shapely and smooth that just about any old Italian grandmother would be thrilled.
The whole design just screams quality and engineering. The handles are made of solid wood with a protective layer of wax. Ergonomically designed to allow you to comfortably squeeze out ravioli on a conveyor belt without pause. The finish on the metal is made with a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment that lays down a thin layer and hardens the surface.
