A clever accessory for the TG160 that allows you to hang a 1/1-GN container (100 mm deep, sold separately) either above the grill as a dry water bath, or in a protruding position from the short side if you want to free up the entire grill surface for full production. This isn't just a rack, it's a multitool for festival kitchens and catering rigs - whenever you need to heat, prep or work modularly under pressure. The GN cups slide in easily from the side, so you don't have to lift straight up, and the whole design is built to withstand tough use without giving way. Fits TG160 only.
