Lindahls not only makes low-fat leftovers but also 100% fat-rich Pure Butter! The product is made from pure milk fat - completely without water and with a minimal protein content. It is basically butter oil where only the pure, golden butterfat fraction remains. Thanks to its high purity, the product can withstand very high temperatures and is therefore ideal for frying, sautéing and emulsions.
Pure butter gives a round, nutty flavor and a beautiful, golden surface to the raw materials. It is equally appreciated in the restaurant kitchen as in the ambitious home kitchen. One jar lasts a long time for home use.
When stored in the fridge, the product has a harder texture, but quickly becomes viscous and easy to work with at room temperature. Its long shelf life makes it practical for both everyday and professional use.
