Round proofing basket in rattan with a woven base, for loaves and round sourdough breads in weights of 500 g to 2000 g. The natural rattan material breathes and regulates moisture around the dough during proofing, giving a more even result compared with closed moulds. The woven base imprints a traditional basket pattern on the bread that is clearly visible after baking.
Delivered untreated and requires either a cotton liner or generous flouring before use. Available in five sizes adapted for the standard weights in professional baking.
