The cutting board consists of a sturdy base plate that stands firmly on the workbench, with sturdy stainless steel and rubber feet. On the base plate you then place the actual cutting surface, which easily snaps into place with buttons in each corner. When you switch from chicken to vegetables, for example, you simply replace the cutting surface while the base plate remains in place. The base plate is available in five different sizes, of which 30x40 cm and 28x28 cm are available in both white and black while the rest are only available in white.
Six cutting plates are included in the colors:
- Red for meat
- Yellow for poultry
- Blue for fish
- Green for vegetables
- White for dairy products
- Black for serving
