Pressure cooker or slow cooker with extreme user-friendliness and pedagogy. Using tactile buttons with symbols, you will find preset programs that can be easily adjusted as needed. Use any of fourteen built-in programs or fix yourself as desired. The programs are soup, broth, meat, stew, steam, sauté/browning, legumes, rice/grits, risotto, yogurt, reduction and sous vide. Can be used with or without pressure.
Inside is a spacious 6 liter pot that is easily removed for dishwashing. Three modes are available to release the steam. One that does it gradually without smoke, one that ejects a little at a time and one immediate for direct action. The quick selection of programs using the buttons makes it easy to operate the machine. For example, with the push of a button and two hours to kill, you can make your own yogurt. The unit has dual sensors, top and bottom, to ensure the temperature with precision.
