A solid press for rullsylta (rolled, cured pork belly), with a lid you crank down using handy wing screws. Made from 18/8 stainless steel, which allows for two methods: cook the rolled meat before pressing it, or press it raw and poach it afterwards in a water bath in a large pot. This press fits rullsylta made from half a side of pork belly. Simple, hygienic and easy to clean – no fuss involved. Comes with 30 m of butcher's twine. 21 x 10 x 7.5 cm.
