Polycarbonate praline mould for moulding pralines in a classic timeless design. Here you get a rectangular oval with straight edges and good taste if you fill it with a sensible ganache.
The mould measures 275 x 175 x 26 mm, the pralines will be 40 x 18 x 16 mm and will weigh 11 grams. Makes 25 pralines in one go.
