30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASEA palette in hardened stainless steel, forged from a single piece with a blade measuring 9 x 5 centimetres. The wider blade makes it the natural choice for spreading: a purée distributed with a single even stroke, a sauce laid out with control, a broader component lifted without folding. The straight, long handle keeps the hand away from the plate. Loop at the end for easy hanging. Dishwasher safe.
The palette was designed by Anne-Sophie Pic, daughter and granddaughter of the chefs who built the restaurant Pic in Valence and who since 2007 has run it with three Michelin stars, an achievement that made her the first French woman to hold that distinction in fifty years. Plating is one of the signature elements of her kitchen: every element on the plate placed with intention. The series was designed in collaboration with André Verdier in Thiers and the design studio C+B Lefebvre. Also available in the sizes Micro (8 cm), Mini (11 cm) and Longue (16 cm).
