The Hime Kobiki plate is a Japanese stoneware plate with a subtle glaze and a warm, handmade feel. The name kobiki refers to the traditional technique of turning and glazing the clay in thin, even layers to create a soft, matte surface with natural variations.
This 22.5 cm model is ideal for serving appetizers, sashimi, tempura or small main courses. The slightly raised rim and discreet foot give the plate a lightness that highlights the food without dominating the presentation.
