Set of four small steak serving boards made from pre-oiled oak by AT-Line. The compact size is suitable for individual portions, serving cheese and charcuterie, or as small serving boards. The boards come pre-oiled and ready to use. Oak is a hard wood with a distinctive grain pattern. Dimensions per board: 14 x 12 x 2 cm. Cork trivets are included.
Wood Care Instructions
Oil the wood before first use, preferably with paraffin oil. Apply generously, spread with kitchen paper and leave the board standing on its edge overnight to allow the oil to soak in. Wipe off any excess oil. During the first year, the wood benefits from regular oiling. After that, oiling is only necessary when it looks dry. Clean with a damp cloth. If rinsing is necessary, wet both sides equally to prevent the wood from swelling on one side and cracking. Stand the board on its edge and allow it to air dry, then oil it again once dry. Properly oiled wood is suitable for all types of food, including fish. Never wash in a dishwasher or leave standing in liquid or moisture.
