Gourmet steel Gastronorm is designed specifically for restaurant ovens and can be used 1-8 pieces in the same oven with gastronorm dimensions. The steel is made in Västerbotten from high-quality hot-rolled steel from ore from Norrbotten. Gastronorm gourmet steel holds heat and releases it more efficiently than many other oven plates on the market. The thick steel takes a while to get up to temperature, but stabilizes the oven temperature and is effectively transferred to what you put on it. 30-year functional guarantee on a completely Swedish-made product from Norrland. Available in two sizes:
