Professional pizza peel for inserting and removing your pizza or pan from your Gozney outdoor oven. Made from anodised aluminium, giving it a hard and protective finish. Designed just like the large commercial pizza peels, with a tapered end so you can easily get under the dough or pan.
Thanks to the perforations, excess flour can be sifted away from the dough. They also draw moisture away from your finished bake, giving you a crispy base. The non-stick coating is perfect for smooth transfer from the peel to the hot stone oven.
