This one is oval with a fluted edge, a classic shape for petits fours and small almond cakes. The mould is sold individually, so you can mix shapes and build your own assortment.
The coating is a two-layer, PFAS-free non-stick that Gobel describes as one of the thickest around, so even the smallest cakes release without butter. The mould handles 250°C and is made in France by Gobel, who have been making bakeware since 1887.
