Perforated hollow plate with folded edges. Made of aluminum. Mainly used in hot air ovens for baked goods that you want to give air and therefore crispness, such as French bread, baguettes, pies or pastry items. Also works as a regular baking sheet in combination with a silicone mat. Available in three sizes: 40 x 30 cm, 53 x 32.5 cm (GN 1/1) and 60 x 40 cm.
