Mold for an oblong cake or pie. The perforated surface allows more air to flow through, giving a crispier surface to your baking. For really crispy crunchy things, you should choose a perforated mold. The mold has a removable bottom so you can easily get your product out and for easy cleaning. The mold comes with pre-cut nonstick baking papers that are reusable up to 200 times, but you can also bake in it without paper. Withstands temperatures between -170°C and +260°C. Also dishwasher safe. The cookies will be 35 x 10.5 x 3.5 cm, while the mold is thus slightly larger. Made of stainless steel.
