Mold for bread or soft cake. The perforated surface allows more air to flow through, giving a crispier surface to your baked goods. For really crispy crunchy things, you should choose a perforated mold. The mold has a removable bottom so you can easily get your product out and for easy cleaning. The mold comes with pre-cut nonstick baking papers that are reusable up to 200 times, but you can also bake in it without paper. Withstands temperatures between -170°C and +260°C. Also dishwasher safe. Available in two sizes: for bread 15 x 10.3 x 7.2cm or 26 x 10.3 x 7.2cm. Made of stainless steel.
