Perfetta from MagicVac is an easy-to-use vacuum packer with many features. The machine can operate either fully automatically or with manual precision. On the Perfetta, the negative pressure can be set in advance to achieve optimal packaging results. The machine has dual pumps and can also be used commercially.
The Perfetta has an adjustable pump speed and sealing can be started manually when the desired amount of air has been extracted. When sealing starts, the pump stops suctioning, thus avoiding liquid entering the machine. This flexibility makes Perfetta a very good option for sous-vide cooking. The machine works with most bags and rolls on the market and the maximum bag width is 30 cm.
Perfetta also has several steps to preset how much vacuum you want in your bag.
The machine has an illuminated peephole in the lid so that you can check that the bag is positioned correctly. The waste tray in the machine can be washed in the machine.
Perfetta also has outlets for packaging in cans and bottles. This requires a separate handle and packaging adapted for vacuum packaging. In order to get fast marinating, the Marination function can be used.
The machine has an extra wide seal of 3 mm. The pump speed is 18 liters/minute and the maximum vacuum is 0.82 bar. Perfetta has a 3-year warranty.
