Peugeot's Bistro range is a tribute to their first pepper mills made in 1874. Here in a small but incredibly stylish finish in olive wood from European sustainable farms. The size makes it perfect for a tabletop grinder. The pepper mill has a hardened steel grinder and the old-fashioned adjustment option where you set the coarseness of the salt by tightening or loosening the knob, but you can also turn the mill clockwise for very fine grinding and counterclockwise for coarse grinding without having to fiddle at all.
