A modern classic from White Mausu. Peanut Rãyu is a crispy chilli oil with deep, balanced flavours of roasted garlic, peanuts, sesame and Korean chilli. It brings together heat, sweetness and saltiness in a way that lifts almost any dish – from fried eggs and noodles to vegetables, rice or a simple avocado sandwich.
The flavour is round and full-bodied, with clear umami and a crunchy bite that makes you reach for another spoonful.
