Lattice cutter in stainless steel with black plastic handle, 120 mm wide. The tool is rolled with even pressure over a rolled-out sheet of dough and cuts a pattern of parallel slits approximately 7 mm apart. When the dough sheet is gently stretched the slits open up and form an open lattice pattern, suitable as a lid for pies and tartlets or as a decorative element in its own right. It is also, of course, obligatory for Beef Wellington.
The 7 mm cut spacing gives a dense lattice that holds its shape under light stretching without the dough strips tearing. The 120 mm width covers the standard format of tartlets and simple pie lids in a single pass.
