Marcato's classic pasta machine in an updated version. The Atlas Plus features adjustable lasagne sheet thickness from 0.6 to 4.8 mm and now also makes it possible to produce spaghetti.
With the included rollers, you can make lasagne sheets, fettuccine (6 mm), tagliolini (1.5 mm) and spaghetti – four pasta varieties with one machine. The maximum width of the lasagne sheets is 15 cm. Table clamp included.
