The Paris Press is the brainchild of Peugeot, which has combined the brewer with the grinder. Not necessarily anything new in that, but we like the quality and construction of this brewer. It has a high quality mill for even grinding and you grind straight into the press pot. Since press coffee is a full-immersion technique, you'll want a much coarser grind than what you buy pre-ground. If you give the brew the time it needs (we brew up to six minutes with coarse ground coffee), you'll be rewarded with a really well-balanced and full-bodied cup.
With the Paris Press from Peugeot, you always have the grinder easily at hand when you want to brew. Of course, you can use both the grinder and the coffee maker separately if you wish.
