Pallarès was founded in 1917 by brothers Lluis and Carles Pallarès Canal in northern Spain.
The knife is handmade in carbon steel with a boxwood handle. The bay leaf shape of the blade, combined with the carbon steel construction, develops a unique finish that changes and ages with style.
Carbon steel can rust, so be careful to dry it thoroughly after use and never leave it to soak. Not dishwasher safe. Needs frequent sharpening, but easy to get sharp again.
