Top quality stainless steel frying pan with lid from Belgian Demeyere. The pot consists of 7 layers of stainless steel and aluminum all the way up to the edge, which provides fantastic frying properties, heat distribution and heat retention: the heat is always evenly distributed over the entire surface.
All Demeyere's pots and pans are treated with Silvinox, which is a unique method for cleaning the steel. It produces a steel that is so clean that the surface is as easy to clean as a Teflon-coated vessel.
Works on all heat sources including induction. Also withstands oven heat.
