This is Jacoliva's finest olive oil from organic cultivation of Manzanilla and Cacereña olives. The olives are harvested by hand at optimal maturity to get the absolute best result.
About the producer
Jacoliva is a family business, founded in 1868 in the small village of Pozuelo de Zarzón in Extremadura in western Spain. The company has always been guided by care and respect for the environment. This is expressed not only in their excellent organic olive oils, but also in the fact that they have built a water treatment plant in their factory where the waste water from the olive oil production is taken care of.
